Movement education

POPM offers educational material about movement and internal martial arts. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practice within your capabilities and stop if you experience pain. Seek appropriate professional guidance where needed. Results differ between individuals; no specific performance outcome is guaranteed.

Current availability

Enquiries are open. Sending an enquiry creates no payment obligation or booking. Membership purchases are not yet open. Program scope, availability, fees, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before any purchase or commitment.

Member access

Once memberships are available, access is personal and depends on your current membership. Do not share sign-in links or redistribute protected videos. Access may end when membership expires or is cancelled, or be restricted while a refund or payment dispute is reviewed.

Content and third-party stores

POPM content and book artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the site for personal learning and evaluation. Purchases made through Amazon are governed by that store's terms.
