Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email address, selected interest, message, and consent time so we can respond. Please avoid including medical, financial, or other sensitive information in your message.

Membership and billing

When membership opens, we use your email address to identify your account, send sign-in links, and connect your payment records to your access. We store membership status and lesson completion. Accounts with a configured password may sign in with it; only a salted password hash is stored, never the password itself. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; this website does not store card numbers or security codes.

Storage and service providers

The site and its records are hosted by Cloudflare. When activated, Stripe handles payments and Resend delivers sign-in emails. These providers may process information outside your country. Information is not sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

A secure cookie maintains your signed-in session for up to seven days. Your appearance preference is saved in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Security controls use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiries while responding to and managing your request, and account records while needed to provide membership. Payment records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, or dispute obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the enquiry form. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained.
